Butler Marketing Campaign
Working closely with the marketing team, I created a cohesive and enticing B2C email and social campaign to increase visibility within our primary customer base, increase unique interactions and orders, and drive sales in both our hubs and spokes.
This work evolved a new brand tone for B2C materials. The campaign humanized Butler, making us feel friendlier while simultaneously establishing us a reputable modern force in the hospitality, food and beverage, and travel industries.
Paired with physical in-room collateral, these emails targeted first time customers. We built the campaign to optimize communication across the duration of customer stay.

Restaurant Group Co-Branded Emails
Targeting customers who had recently used our service, this portion of the campaign aimed to drive traffic to our Restaurant Groups, located in the hotel lobby of our hub hotels.
With stylishly co-branded emails, we made it easy for guests to see our menu, make a reservation, and get directions to our door, all with a click.
