Working as a Brand Designer for Butler, I worked on physical collateral as well as digital collateral and marketing. I helped evolve the Butler brand into something fresh, confident, and friendly.
Working with Senior Brand Designer, Lina Bahri; we brainstormed, iterated, and refined ways to implement small incremental changes within collateral, marketing, brand guidelines, templates, and icons to gradually shift the brand towards our vision for the future.

Working closely with the marketing team, I created a cohesive and enticing B2C email and social campaign to increase visibility within our primary customer base, increase unique interactions and orders, and drive sales in both our hubs and spokes.
This work evolved a new brand tone for B2C materials. The campaign humanized Butler, making us feel friendlier while simultaneously establishing us a reputable modern force in the hospitality, food and beverage, and travel industries.
Paired with physical in-room collateral, these emails targeted first time customers. We built the campaign to optimize communication across the duration of customer stay.
